Visited 12/26/25 - Not busy, simple inviting decor, nice little swing to wait, has many different options on menu. Food look wise, looks a lot/kinda messy - taste wise, better than it looks. The chocolate cup had a lot more chocolate than other places I have had, it was a lot even for me.. I truly enjoy chocolate, so that’s saying something. Overall I did enjoy the desserts for the most part

Kids had their usual ice creams and reported back that they tasted great. While this was not my first encounter with Dubai chocolate, it was my first Dubai Chocolate crepe (I usually get a waffle or brownie with Dubai chocolate) but now I know what the hype is all about. The crepe tastes great and there was a good amount of chocolate to boot. Solid place! Do recommend

Dessert Lab was amazing! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the owners were great. Faraaz helped us and did an awesome job—I asked him to surprise me, and he definitely didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend! And here’s the aftermath!!🤣

Cool people, very polite and welcoming. , competitive prices. From the moment I stepped through the doors I found the environment was very welcoming and comfortable. Definitely a nice twist on ice cream. I was pleasantly surprised with the aroma Definitely a cut above and worth a visit or 2, or 3+ One last thing I have to note. It appears that the staff here have gone out of their way to create something that is so closely tied to their culture and yet can bring back the inner child of any American who remembers the old ice cream stands.

The Dubai Waffle Plate at Dessert Lab (Allen location) is next-level amazing! The waffle was fluffy yet crispy, topped with fresh strawberries, drizzled with rich chocolate and pistachio sauce, and finished with scoops of creamy chocolate ice cream. Absolutely heavenly! 😋✨ The service was just as sweet as the dessert. Faraaz was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. His customer service made the visit extra special.🫶🏻 If you love desserts that look as good as they taste, Dessert Lab is a must-try! 💯
