I’m far from vegan, but the food here is AMAZING! Hands down the best Rasta pasta I’ve ever had. Everything was freshly made, seasoned very well and prepared with lots of love. I also tried the popcorn oyster mushrooms with the mango sauce on the side (not pictured, ate them too fast) and they were SO good! The greens and plantains for the veggie plate were *chefs kiss*! The staff are personable, friendly and the playlist was 🔥… it’s just all around a great spot to get vegan food (for both dining in and taking to-go). I might be hooked because I came back two days in a row! 😋

I always thought vegetarians and vegans were some strong soldiers because I could never give up (certain) meat, however one stop here opened my eyes! The food was delicious, well seasoned, and satisfying. I wanted to try everything! The jerk pasta was great & especially w/ the jackfruit on top. the crab cakes taste realistic, the vegan Mac& cheese wasn’t too bad either. I’ll admit I prefer my cabbage a bit softer, but I have to be realistic that they don’t have over an hour to simmer the cabbage like we do at home. They cook everything fresh so the wait may be a bit longer, but the music was relaxing and I enjoyed my little date ❤️ definitely will be retuning to try that vegan burger as well as a few other items tha caught my eye!

Amazing plant based/vegan soul food. And non vegans would love it just as much. Best BBQ Sammie ever. And the Mac n cheese was seasoned. Well. 🔥 Would eat here daily if I was local 😋

The food was TOP NOTCH. Rasta pasta with half jerk mushroom half BBQ jackfruit is just AMAZING! Not just great, AMAZING! The atmosphere is very much that of a local chill place, easy to be comfy in. The service is kind and respectable, and it feels honest too. It is what it needs to be for me, a comfy place, honest nice employees, food that is good for my very soul. And anyone who disagrees with my opinion on the Rasta Pasta I WILL FIGHT

Wow!! The food here is hands down the best vegan food in Hampton Roads!!! So many great options - all with their own unique flavors, aromas, and texture! All the reviews recommended the lentil empanada; Mac n cheese; and arepa with jackfruit and plantains. So we ordered them, alongside pumpkin curry and rice and its peas. We could not believe the explosions of flavor in every bite. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Get your adventure on here today! You will not regret it!! Oh, and don’t forget to save some room for the banana pudding! It is absolutely delicious; so much so, it’s hard to believe it’s vegan! Came back for more while in town and only gets better! You’ve got to try the lentil balls with guava BBQ sauce. Incredible!!
