Awesome jerk ckicken and guava limeade. The jerk was spicy and very flavorful. The meat was well cooked and the rice, beans and cabbage complimented it well. The cabbage also was also well seasoned. Their menu was very easy to read and see what was gluten free and vegan. The restaurant is cozy and has a welcoming atmosphere. I took my food to go but it's dining room would be a great place to chat over a meal. I'll definitely be back.

This is our second time eating here, and it honestly feels like we’re sharing a meal with family. The food is so fresh and full of flavor and truly made with love. The owners are so kind and welcoming, and conversations with them make the experience even better. Their son is such a pleasure to talk to. You can tell how much he loves and supports his family. I even got to play dominoes with him, which made the visit extra special 😁We’ll definitely keep coming back to support this amazing family-owned business. Highly recommend!!!

Fresh, authentic and delicious food! Get the goat and oxtails! Will not be disappointed. Pro tip: call the order in or order online. Everything is homemade and may take a little bit longer, however definitely worth the wait!

Great place if your looking for amazing authentic Jamaican food. Small business family owned. AMAZING JERK CHICKEN and home made juice drinks! Ginger/pineapple, guava/limeade, mango limeade, sea moss! 100% HIDDEN GEM! MAKE THE DRIVE IF YOUR NOT NEAR BY IT IS WORTH IT!!! They also do catering!

How is this not a solid 5 Star rating?!? SMH It was by chance that I stopped by Desert Island Eatery booth. After I tried the sample, I was in. The spicy flavor and tender meat together were cooked to perfection. All gluten free-no soy. I ordered both jerk chicken and ox tail dinners. The rice and cabbage were a great pairing. I can’t wait to order it again.
