Do not come here if you have a flight to catch. Short story long: Ordered my overpriced pizza and after 15 minutes of nothing I went up to ask if I had missed when they called my name (mind you there was no line when I walked up to order). I was asked to verify my name and told “just a few more mins” so I asked a few like 5 or like 10? Staff told me 5. Okay, understandable. 8 minutes later I’m called up again expecting my pizza. Instead they inform me that they don’t have one of the ingredients so I said okay I’ll take it as is. I then learn that it hasn’t been started at all — feels like something I could’ve been told when I asked the first time. I was offered a refund or to have it prepared minus one ingredient; did not take a refund bc I’m in an airport with literally places to go. U

This place is a nice place to grab a quick bite while waiting for a flight . Has a few flaws , all the workers just sit on there phones and than touch your food , it’s $18 for a 9 inch pizza and everything is an up charge and you can’t do half and half toppings , food is good but not sure I’d come back And for any drinkers there is a small bar in the back

Amazing customer service !!!! When our first pizzas came out WAY too charred for our liking , they so graciously took them BOTH back and redid them perfectly. Then the manager/head chef personally delivered them to me to make sure they were just how we wanted and apologized again about the first batch . The second batch of pizzas was delicious !!! Well done DeSano pizza Charleston we’ll be back next time we’re in the airport .

Food is great. But the African American women working behind the counter, are rude at best. Most times ignore you. Tell you to go to the kiosk, rather then help you. Some items are not on the kiosk. If the food wasn't so good. I would never come back.

Ordered a Margherita DOP and this is what I received. I’ve had a lot of true Margheritas in my life and this is probably the worst one I’ve ever seen. The picture on their menu shows a good Neapolitan pizza. What I received is not that. They offered to remake it but I was out of time. No pizza and no money. Very disappointing.
