I had a wonderful experience at Denny’s and was genuinely impressed by how clean and welcoming the restaurant was. From the moment I walked in, everything, from the floors and tables to the restrooms was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the environment comfortable and hygienic for guests. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I was greeted with a warm smile, seated promptly by Viney and checked on regularly by Alicia to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve been staying across the street at the double tree for 2.5 weeks and I’ve been coming here for breakfast and occasionally dinner. I’ve made friends with the servers. They have been a pleasure to with. The food has been great. Good team of employees honestly. I even remember Luis from three years ago. And he’s still just as nice now as from three years ago.

I took my family out for lunch to Denny’s in Union Gap and had a disappointing experience from start to finish. The server was rude and unprofessional. When we asked about the menu, she blatantly admitted she wasn’t knowledgeable and told us to just read the menu. She spent more time talking and laughing with another server than paying attention to us, which made us feel ignored. It took about 10 minutes for drinks to arrive, and during that time she was nowhere to be found.The meals arrived not hot, but rather on the cold side, which was frustrating given the wait. I attempted to ask for a manager due to the issues, but the staff was too busy to address it at the moment.I work in the fast-food industry, so I understand how busy shifts can be, but the level of service here was not acceptab
