Denny's Restaurant

We dicided the spend some money and treat the family for a nice breakfast. When picking up the order, I started looking through the bag since the waffles were plain. As soon as I started I was told the berries and sauce was in there separately. When got home we discovered, no specialty sauce for the waffles, no butter, no syrup, no condiments. Eating dry pancakes and waffles is not something I expected when paying $20 a person for breakfast.

Worst experience… Out Waiter “BRIA W” took forever to come and take our order. we never got a refill of coffee, she’s rude and disrepectful, she star talking to her self bad words, she need a better atittude to be a server. I ask for my toast 2 times and she just gave me a piece of bread as u can see on the picture NEVER COME BACK HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME….!

To my great disappointment, I was deeply dissatisfied with the service we received at this restaurant. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Denny’s restaurant, a chain I’ve been a loyal customer of for over 10 years! First, I’d like to express my gratitude that this restaurant was open on Christmas Day, December 25th, and for that reason, I’ve given it 2 stars instead of 1. However, everything else was incredibly disappointing. Our server was Sarah S. Initially, I asked her if they had bottled water. She lied and said they did, soon bringing me a glass of regular tap water. From the first sip, it was clear it was tap water. The waitress Tiffany is always fast and courteous. Very eager to please, she is very hardworking as well as a server. Anything ever you might need to change she does it with pleasure. She’s very informative and lets you know everything about your order and instantly corrects it if it’s not correct or you have a request

I am very happy I just stopped by today to have breakfast. Best breakfast in a long time. Eggs cooked to perfection as I ordered, and not greasy is a big thing for me, and waffles from scratch were excellent. I ordered the waffle slam. Server very nice. Much better breakfast than BE next door there.
