Denny's Restaurant

We went to have dinner Last Tuesday night. Out of 11 people’s entrees 3 plates had hairs in them. We told the server and they replaced our pancakes, which contained another hair. The service was exceptional but the food lacked quality. The manager made it right by not charging those entrees and giving us 15% off.

Haven't went for a family breakfast in a long time. Service was the best. The fruit was very tasty. I put the rest on my pancakes. Omelette was bigger just forgot to document at the beginning of the meal 😕

Denny’s in Balch Spring was different, OK first the greeter he was nice polite and a nice face express that made me feel welcome. Now on a mid Sunday morning it was a full parking lot, but when I got inside WOW it was quiet, organize, humble and people were everywhere but minding their own business and kids under control. You place your pick up order this lady was nice took my order let me know how long to cook the meat and my estimated time to wait. THEN she said I have to pay the cashier. That young lady was just as kind and polite with a full standing room only I was blown away by the friendly atmosphere as a whole and the customers in general. The customer service was on point.
