Denny's Restaurant

I was at this facility for all of 30 minutes. Upon walking in, we were seated in the far back. There was a strong sewage smell coming from somewhere in the back of the restaurant, so we asked to be moved to the other side of the restaurant. It had a similar smell. We viewed the menu and put them aside waiting for a server to come by. We didn’t receive service for 20 minutes. In addition to the terrible service and smell, the restrooms were atrocious. There was an extremely strong urine smell and visible stains all around the toilet and floors. I thought for a minute it might’ve been the men’s restroom. But it was the women’s, just extremely dirty. When I returned from the restroom, we were still waiting on drinks..a young man later approached our table and offered drinks. He took our order

Had a really good experience at Denny’s thanks to Bryon. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right the whole time. Our food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and he checked in without being overbearing. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Service like that makes a big difference! Will definitely be back

Iris was an excellent server I will be back she needs a raise. We had a party of four usually when we go out, we have to ask the servers for refills and to take our dishes away she took care of us. Not to mention, she had an amazing personality, very professional yet down to earth. I was not expecting an experience like this, but it’s always good to have an experience like I did today. Everything came perfect Iris was very fast and friendly.

Very slow to acknowledge customers like me and the place was not even busy. After standing at the door for 5-10mins while the man at the register kept his head down until he felt like looking my way . Furthermore, after I was seated no one for another 15mins took my order or offer me water. This place is not like it used to be and I’ll never come back to this location again.

We had such a great visit to Denny’s today! Our server Arlyn was awesome. Welcoming, attentive, and made sure our drinks stayed filled and everything was perfect. The service was fast and the food was delicious. Arlyn really made the meal better. Highly recommend!
