De'Mantra BBQ, Burgers, Eclectic Eats

My husband and I ate here last night for the first time. We use to be stationed in Japan...which had several authentic indian curry restaurants. The "to go to meal" was butterchicken with rice an cheese naan bread. That is what my husband and I got here. It was PHENOMENAL!!! The employees were very kind. Considerate. The atmosphere was homie. Beautiful. Warm. The food was great. This restaurant deserves to be in a better area. But all in all...great service. Being overseas prior my husband and I learned to apprrciate exotic cultured food. Loved this restaurant!

NEW OWNERS PLEASE GO BACK TO QUALITY INDIAN FOOD AND MY MONEY IS YOURS!!! This USED to be a decent India restaurant, got take out a couple times and the flavor was inconsistent. One time: great naan, quality food, deep flavors, tasted like my childhood. Other times: low quality, bland, and disgusting. Then one time, I was getting takeout and the manager (white guy) told me they’d be changing the menu…I WAS DUMBFOUNDED, taking off the best items and replacing them with…RAVIOLI?!?! BBQ?! There are 20 different bbq places here, why would you want to compete with them when you have an untapped market with Indian food in Goldsboro?! Told me he wanted to be a “fusion” restaurant. Never went back. I wish they would just go back to simple, flavorful, quality Indian/ Middle Eastern food. Do they no

Absolutely fantastic experience! The service was prompt, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The staff made sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout the meal. The food was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked to perfection and clearly made with quality ingredients. Highly recommend for anyone looking for both great service and delicious food!

First time to be here and I love it already. The food was amazing full of flavor and I could say its legit Indian food! Goldsboro have another good place to eat. The atmosphere and people working are all accomodating and friendly. The owner Mr. Larry has a good sense of humor.😆 The service was quick too you mag wait maybe 10-15mins depends on the food your ordering. It’s 💯% musy try for Indian food!🇮🇳🪷

Edited - since they have opened we have been back 3 times to try them out. Each time they had no channa and now it’s a split Indian/Italian menu. Pretty disappointing. Ended up driving to Smithfield for Tandoori Trail. Great start. Vegan options available. Love to see more as the menu expands. Roti or gobi Manchurian would be amazing. They had no plates but we stayed anyway to support local.
