Delysium Artisan Bakery

We love this bakery!!! In the past 6 years of living in Columbia, Delysium breakfast sandwiches are the best I have had in Columbia. My husband and I always get two of them along with a hazelnut roll to split amongst us and our toddler. The staff is always friendly and the owner, Carlos, is so easy to talk to. We 100% recommend!

I’m not exaggerating when I say this is probably the best bakery I’ve ever been to! I’m just in town visiting family and I found this bakery on Google Maps and omg the breakfast sandwich is another level and not dry at all. The pandebono is AMAZING as well as the beef empanada. You all definitely have to give it a try, I’m now obsessed and cannot wait to go back!!

I’ve been to Delysium countless times over the years, but for some reason, I’ve never taken the time to share just how much I love this place. It truly deserves a glowing review because the bakers here are nothing short of amazing. Their chocolate pastries are perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, but rich enough to satisfy any craving. I personally love starting my morning with one of their chocolate croissants paired with a cup of fresh coffee. It’s a simple combination, yet it feels luxurious every time. Beyond the pastries, they offer a variety of breakfast options that are equally delicious, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better.

Amazing quality, wonderful service! you have to eat here. When you walk in you can grab a tray and pick out your pastries then pay at the end. They have hot pastries as well as room temp sweet pastries, and a little cold case where you can get a sandwich croissant. The croissant layers are so heavenly...

Well, being a baker myself, I am beyond impressed with their bakery quality. The presentation, the taste, the quality and the price are all beyond my expectations. I am so thrilled to find this place in Columbia. Columbia needs a good quality bakery in town and this may be it. I haven't tried other items yet, but the Cappuccino Roll was so good and fulfilling that we couldn't start to try the Pistachio Roll (saving for later). Simply, WOW! We sure will come back to try more bakery items here soon.
