Della Fattoria Downtown Café

Our favorite brunch spot in Petaluma!! We mainly stick to the smoked salmon Benedict and the Della scramble, but the other few items we’ve tried were great too! Their coffee and espresso drinks are equally good. I always get a dirty chai and it’s perfect; strong, sweet, and spicy. I highly recommend getting here early on weekends to avoid the long wait. Update: I think my new favorite is the chilaquiles.

I had breakfast here for the 1st time, it was great! The service was on point and the building is awesome! (A little cluttered on the ceiling for my taste but not bad I'm just weird). The americano and chai latte were delicious, I had to get some of the house made whip cream on it. Then we shared the blueberry ricotta pancakes, the biscuits and gravy and the toast trio they were delicious those pancakes with the ricotta and blueberries were amazing! Oh yes and got the fingerling potatoes and they were awesome! I'm going to go back and try the rest of the menu. Then the pastry counter had so many sweet looking pastries!

Just breakfast? Nope! Much better. A fantastic menu. Atmosphere that is wonderful. Lots of guests and it wasn't loud. We were able to have a normal conversation. Our server was the best. She added to our experience. Joyful and fun. But wait, there's more. Our plates were full and the quality was impressive. Flavors were dreamy. It was a little expensive. Still, you can't have a high standard for free. Our visit was worth it. And, we will certainly be back.

Went for brunch on Sunday. The food was outstanding! The server asked what we were thinking and I replied that I was thinking of the Polenta Bowl which had poached eggs and sautéed butternut squash, onions and mushrooms ( I think that’s what it was) and prosciutto and asked her what she thought. She said something along the lines of “it’s like a nice warm hug in a bowl.” It was SO good!! Everyone else liked theirs too, one had a scramble and the other had… I can’t remember because I was so indulging and enjoying mine! Heads up. They gave a lovely system to manage the waitlist but send someone early to get your name in the list. We weee meeting at 12:30. We drove up from SF and got there around 12 or 12:15 and were told the wait would be 45 minutes. They took our number and wandered arou

Great atmosphere! Great coffee: organic from Petaluma Coffee Company. I got a breve served up in a beautiful large ceramic bowl. Love it! Eggs Benedict was served up very quickly. Good quality, sizable portion, subtle flavors.
