Fantastic bread and anyone who says otherwise has got to be daft. Best bread in Palmdale. Change my mind! Visiting from out of town, and love coming here and splurging and trying new breads. Disclaimer: this is not your run of the mill bakeries, this place specializes in Salvadorean bread ! And it’s delicious.

Ordered a baby shower cake pink and purple but they made it purple and a very light mocha color. I requested be ready at 2 and when my nephew went to pick up it was not ready they told him come back in thirty minutes wow what a waste of time and gas.

Came in looking for bolillo and walked out with Salvadorian tamales de pollo and de elotes.

This bakery is not like a donut shop as I thought it would be. But the pastry, OMGosh! So delicious with coffee. The Conchas ( hope I spelled it right) are fantastic, my daughter loved them. Not to sweet but not to bland. Perfect!Super affordable and the owner was super friendly and explained what pastries he had and what they were. I literally spent less then $3 on like 4 pieces of bread. I am definitely going back... can't wait till I try their cakes.

Absolutely best in the business! So glad I found this hidden gem! Staff always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! May God continue to bless this store and keep their doors open!
