Del Taco

I get it, it’s late and you got the night shift, but that’s no excuse for leaving me at the window for 5 minutes after giving me the wrong order while you fill the sauce container. and, respectfully, if i want 20 inferno sauce, i expect 20 inferno sauce it’s amazing. the mini cheddar quesadilla also looked more like a cold taco full of cheese.

Went to del taco on summit in Fontana ordered 2 burgers one no cheese one no onions get home look at the burgers and wonder what happened to the tomatoes. Yall can't get the basics right ? Had to go home and cut my own

I don’t normally do these but like come on now… this is just absolutely disgusting. And when I noticed the moldy ice machine I let them know and still nothing was done about it and I kept getting looks from the staff. & when I got my food the beans were super burnt and they definitely skimped on the taco. I honestly don’t know why I still decided to eat there. I should have just asked for a refund. I guess I just wanted to see if anyone was going to do anything about it and they didn’t. Being someone who works in food this was just extremely horrifying to see. Won’t be going back again.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. They ran out of beans and then made me wait 15 minute before telling me because they said my online order didnt come up; despite them asking when I came in if I placed my order already. I said yes and proceeded to wait. If you knew you were out of beans, probably the most ordered ingredient there, you should tell your customers. When I asked for a manager, Sara ("manager")acted more immature than her 18 year old staff member. She proceeded to tell me nothing and then said I can find the number to customer service online and refused to refund my order since it was placed via the app. I cannot belive the poor customer service exhibited by their staff. I guess that is why she is in her 40s working for del taco. I would avoid this place.

ALWAYS double-check your order before you leave. Something is always missing. Also, this Del Taco is the only Del Taco that has managed to make "the Del taco" look absolutely pathetic. This is supposed to be like a Monster of a Taco, the original Taco, but it's normally at least 50% empty. 8.25.23 So I thought I'd update my post and indicate that I still think this Del Taco is a joke. OG Del Taco would be ashamed. You responded to my post above & said thanks for the review hope to see you again soon??? Not...we'll work on improving our terrible product that looks nothing as advertised.
