Del Taco

I was having a difficult time ordering thru the kiosk and the shift manager Veronica was such a great help. She was able to explain to me to where I could understand and now I can order all by myself 😁

My man Billy holds it down in the graveyard shift. Half the time it’s just him and he still works hard getting out all the orders on time. This guy deserves a raise and I hope the store manager and owner read this. There’s another del taco next to my house but there never as fast as this even when it’s just Billy by himself. Worst experience ever, went in after work had to wait 15 mins inside to place my order. Employees kept ignoring us wouldn't even make eye contact. Order over $40 of food, got home to find out we were missing 2 burritos. My Quesadilla had no cheese and was hard not cut.

No napkins , still added tomato to my breakfast taco when I asked not to and gave me two of the same iced coffee when I asked for two different flavors cafe de la olla and regular commuted coffee

Gave us wrong order . When i got home i ordered chicken soft tacos, he gave me meat soft taco and medium fries were half with fries. I i have had alot of bad experiences at that location. Dont know why i keep going back. I guess its close. Very rude employees as well.
