GUYS run, don’t walk. This is my third time coming here to get the Sopes with chorizo 11/10. The cashier is always so sweet to me, cheery every single time I entered. Today I did a call in order and my food was ready as soon as I pulled up (7 minutes, but she said 10) gosh I love it here so much. These were so good I almost ate the paper lining.
First time trying this cute spot the other day. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo, it did not disappoint! The burrito was so fresh, flavorful and a good size portion. The staff are so welcoming and make great conversation. I also ordered an iced matcha. The matcha was so smooth and tasteful it was topped with one of the best cold foams I've ever had. If you looking to try something new or just a coffee run, Del Sol Cafe is the place you want to stop in and try!
This is for sure a local Gem. Let’s start with the coffee. It’s flavorful and smooth but not bitter. You won’t get that overly roasted burnt tasting bitter coffee that you get at a lot of “trendy” coffee shops. Now the food, this was the special part I think. A blend of Mexican staples with a breakfast twist. The meals stay loyal to the real home flavor while providing a new and positive twist. There’s a chefs touch there and you can taste it. We tried the breakfast torta with chorizo and the breakfast sopes. Finally the pastries. They’re balanced and the flavors have depth without relying on overt sweetness. We will be coming back.
This charming spot is a must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful quick bite. My very first visit was a good, with a hazelnut cappuccino complemented by a mouthwatering turkey, egg, and cheese on a flaky croissant. 😋 It tasted like my abouelita made it in her kitchen. The staff's are very friendly and charismatic. I'm a big supporter of local/family-owned business, and I can't wait to return and try more of what they have in the kitchen. 😋 Muy bueno y delicioso!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hey, stop going to fast food coffee chains and support a local shop with excellent food and great customer service! Really enjoyed my breakfast burrito and Duvalin latte. Super cute shop that I definitely plan to make a regular stop for me. Edit: Can confirm after trying multiple items that everything here is delicious!
