Degenstein Community Library

To whom this may concern.The employees at Degenstein Community Library do not treat individuals equally. There willing to help people with special requests.But dont always show respect and care for individuals with special needs. Im a young austic man who requires extra help and support at home and in the community.The staff members refused to help me with my needs telling me to buy a printer and computer and do it myself at home..Once again not all individuals know how or can operate a computer..Beyond that the cost of these electronics is not cheap..I thought the community library was there for everyons needs...Just want people to know if your looking for educational help you may want to go some where else

Our Susquehanna Stitchers group meets here the fourth Saturday of the month. The library has been very accommodating by allowing us to use space there to hold our meetings. We are very grateful and love being there!

Thank you for your hard work and being a free public service! I jus thought your mobile hotspot program was 5$ deposit and you get it back when you return the device unless ya broke it, when I went today I was told that you’ve never done that before. I’m like 80-% sure that I’ve gotten my 5$ back but I’m also very forgetful haha.

I enjoy the peaceful quite when I decide to stay awhile to browse around. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful... well taken care of and clean
