Deer Garden Inn B&B

A "serendipity" to find such a wonderful place to stay on such short notice. Christian was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast served was enough to be a brunch. One of Christian's talents is cooking, much to my delight! For your next visit to the beautiful and quaint village of St Andrews, this would be the place to stay. I hope to return, there is so much more to see and do. A waterfront market featured live music and many local artisans, and you like excellent coffee, homemade ice cream and freshly bread, they have it, all in one shop!

A nice and cozy little place in the heart of St. Andrews. The owner Christian is a great host, enjoyed the 2 night stay, rooms were spacious and clean, it felt like home. Deer's all around the property was a good surprise, its its located very close to the water Street (about 20 mins walk). One of the late evening's during our stay he offered us some home made wine, we had some good conversations about worldly affairs over it. Heard he is a good cook, and his breakfast is extremely good, he has a good collection of antiques all around the house, will definitely stop by here on my next visit to St Andrews....

I highly recommend the Deer Park Inn B&B. Beautiful, clean, charming! The owner, Christian, was so hospitable, welcoming and great to talk to (he speaks English, German, Portuguese and goodness knows what else!). The breakfast in the morning was generous and delicious, cooked with care by Christian himself! Apparently he cooks dinner too, which we missed out on, but I would love to try the schnitzel one day. We loved our stay there and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed our stay, and even extended it a day. This location is a big ol' house with classic furniture, eclectic art, and spacious shared spaces (living rm/dining area and veranda). The proprietor, Christian, is a very welcoming fellow who made us feel at home, and also prepared some hearty home cooked meals for us. Our room was large and had it's own bathroom. Also we were able to bring our small dog with us, and as there were few other guests at the time, could have her out in the large yard to play a bit. It's a 3min drive to the warf, main street shops, pier, and historic Blockhouse. There is great hiking nearby, especially on Minister's Island

Amazing service. Really feel at home. Bbq available with patio. Amazing breakfast, included in price. Guaranteed you cant finish. Christian was an amazing host. Pick a room and grab a key. Minutes from everything in St Andrews we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend it.
