Best seafood in the area! Owners are from Louisiana and have been cooking seafood their whole life. Service was fast, waitress was friendly and attentive. Had a good conversation with the owner when we were finished. Picture of the All You Can Eat Crab Legs and Shrimp!

Finally a seafood place that is authentic! We had heard the food was delicious so we decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint. My favorite is crab, so I had the all you can eat!! It had a little Cajun kick but not too much! The service was top notch and the food was served quickly. Don’t miss this one if you want Louisiana Deep South cooking! The special next weekend is crawfish!! We just may have to go back!!

We had the most incredible experience tonight at Deep South Eatery in Oswego! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of genuine Southern hospitality. You can truly feel that they care about every guest who comes through the door. The food was absolutely phenomenal every bite was packed with flavor and clearly made with love and attention to detail. It wasn’t just dinner, it was an experience. You know it’s special when you’re still talking about the meal long after you leave! And the staff? Exceptionally hospitable, attentive, and kind. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

I heard a lot of good things about this restaurant, so I was excited to try it. They told us to sit anywhere, so as usual I picked a quiet corner. No one waited on us for a good 10 minutes. We almost walked out. The whole restaurant had a burnt grease haze. My hair smells like grease now. I had the fish and chips. The dipping sauce was very good. The hush puppies were burnt. The lid to the ketchup fell off and dropped a huge blob on the table. I tried the muffin that came with my husband's soup and it was very dry. Maybe they were having a bad night, but we won't be back.

Decided to give the new place a try today, when we arrived 3 tables were in use so we sat quickly, felt like a meat locker temperature was way too low. Received our menus and drink order placed, why a restaurant wouldn’t have Diet Coke is beyond me but it’s ok had water instead. 16 minutes later order was taken (both drinks now empty). Dinner came out fairly quick, tasted good no complaints on quality however waitress forgot half of the wife’s order and never brought it out until we were done eating getting ready to leave so told her we didn’t want it anymore since dinner was over. No apology at all. Never did waitress come back during whole visit to check on us or to see if we needed something else to drink or Togo boxes. The Hushpuppies were amazing btw definitely get them.
