I just want to share the experience I had picking up an Baskin Robin Ice Cream Turkey yesterday. I ordered on line for pickup. I thought it was odd I didn’t receive an confirmation email, However I did see it deducted from my checking account. No order was found. Employee Brendan help sort out the glitch and after much effort and determination he helped get me on my way with an Ice Cream Turkey in hand. He could have sent me on my way saying “Sorry, no confirmation no order” He didn’t. Thank You to Brendan!! Happy Thanksgiving D.N.
