The first time I visited to drop off a UPS package and to get a form notorized, Frank took the time to set me up for success for my next visit. He ran me through what I'd need to register a car after I purchased it. The process was flawless! Frank is knowledgeable, efficient; and competent. He and his coworker Erica are very friendly and kind. All my business should be this easy and pleasant! A wonderful experience with fantastic people!

Do yourself a favor and have all of your title/tag needs handled here. Frank, as well as Dawn assisted me in getting a title/registration for my gifted out of state vehicle. They were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and very kind

I've been coming to the east stroudsburg dawn and tag for over 5 years and every time the customer service is always outstanding! I manage home depot and in the past a few restaurants so I know the importance of "good customer service ". I tend to deal with two ladies named Jen and Erica. They are always friendly, polite, and professional. It gotten so to whenever they asked me a question I say " yes dear".(smile) I can honestly say that I enjoy doing business at that location. I remember one time I accidentally gave them the wrong information and they went out of there way to help. Sometimes I'm tempted to get them flowers ( smile). When I am waiting my turn to come to the counter because they are busy,I notice they give each customer a good experience. Whatever you do please dont Lo

Charged $10 more for FedEx than it actually costs (I checked), and wanted an extra dollar for paying with a card. After opening late on a Monday morning. Go anywhere else if you have a choice.

Love this place, the owner Ms Dawn has been great to me and my family and the girls have been just as good. Dez, and Jen do all the paperwork for my cars, always in and out. Erica has done my fingerprints for my job, super fast and very professional with patience and Cary does my car insurance. Always honest and ready to help. I only do my tag and title here in East Stroudsburg and I won’t go anywhere else.
