Dawns Place Cafe on Texanna

We had the Texanna burger, Chicken fried steak, and chicken strip dinner. Everything was delicious and hit the spot. The chicken strips and chicken fried steak breading was great. I suggest coming and trying this restaurant if you haven't already.

This was my first time at this location. We had a few dishes and the staff were nice. The location is smaller but still has enough room to eat inside. The food was good and priced, right? I would eat here again.

Update: They have done a ton of updating and this place is just so great. They added a new outdoor seating area and it's so beautiful. We ate there today. It was so affordable and delicious. 💜 We don't even live close anymore and drove over an hour to eat and do fall stuff. We love this place. This place is great. We ate biscuits and gravy with sausage, and a side of hash browns. It was so good! It came out really fast and wasn't packed when we were there. It was clean and the bathrooms were maintained. My son had the kids waffle. He ate the whole thing and asked for a pancake too. It was great. Will return.

This is such a great place to stop in, the food is hot fresh and delicious. The waitress Sharon was so welcoming and very kind. We go breakfast and it was so good. I order the egg platters with cottage fries and a biscuit and gravy which was so delicious. My wife order the Dawns breakfast with eggs , sausage bacon, hash brown and a pancake as big as your face. Everything here was so very good and their coffee is really great to. 10/10. Great job guys!

First time trying this place it was delicious!! Would come back!
