My wife and I stopped here on our drive from Utah to Washington- and we feel like we found THE hidden gem in the country! No joke we loved it so much, we stopped here AGAIN on our drive. Since we are moving soon we will be doing the drive a few more times and plan to stop here each time. The portions are huge, the food is delicious, the service was good, 10/10! No joke the food felt home made and hand crafted. Since going there twice now, we got the hawaiian burger, tilamook bacon cheeseburger, inferno jalapeño burger, chicken fajita wrap, peppermint shake and fries. All of which were incredibly delicious. Today was my first time going to Burger Ranch and I really liked it! The curly fries were so good, and the customer service at the drive-thru was amazing. The person who helped us was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The only thing I noticed was that one employee didn’t seem too happy to be there, but overall it was still a great experience.

This isn't just "pricey," it's highway robbery, especially when you consider what you actually get. The online prices are a deceptive joke. They don't just "not match" – they're double what's advertised! This dishonest practice is inexcusable and a slap in the face to anyone trying to get a fair deal. This is an update review it was better service this time around. I did not walk up to the window. I did use the drive-through. I ordered the same exact drink and the staff was a little bit nicer. Six days later I decided to try again because everyone’s entitled to bad day and I believe staff was having a bad day. I’m not in a rush. Try their food just in case they’re only being nice to me because they recognize my face. I will be paying attention to other reviews from other travelers.

If you’re looking for a real burger, this is it. The burgers were huge and perfectly cooked. We tried the mushrooms and garlic cheese curds and they were really good too. Everything was fresh cooked and very good.
