David's Fish Market

This place is the best. I drive from New Hampshire to get their fresh products even though there are places much closer. I have NEVER gotten something that wasn't excellent. I actually give some of their products as Christmas presents.

Hit or miss with these people. I specifically asked if the scallops were fresh and got "just came in today" sadly, not the truth. After getting home with them and giving them a rinse i was taken back by the non fresh smell and then the copious amounts of sodium tripolyphosphate preservative. How sad @ $24.95 a pound. Then foolishly i got myself some Gloucester harbor contaminated lobsters against my better judgement. You could tell as soon as they hit the water by the smell. I won't be going back again, that's several time just in the last few months i have been lied to and disappointing with the quality. Astonishing considering how busy they are all of the time, you would think the fish/scallops would be the freshest. Guess they over order a lot. Don't go on a Monday if you decide to go

Stopped on way home from Maine to pick up dinner, only 5 minutes off I95. Absolutely fantastic striper fillets. Prepping them you could tell they were fresh. Eating them everyone agreed they were fantastic.

Best lobster In the area hands down and the staff was super knowledgeable and helpful was greeted with a smile

This place is amazing. The seafood is always fresh and delicious. The staff are always most helpful.
