Dave's Smokehouse Restaurant

I came in because I had yet to find a pulled pork that hit the spot. I got the sandwich with a bag of chips. The sandwich and the bbq sauce reminded me of my favorite place back home. This place is a mom and pop spot with some of the best pulled pork I've had since moving to Houston. The people here were very friendly. I also browsed the meat market after dinner and I know where I'm getting my next steak from. Beef is so pricey these days and the quality of this place is top notch. Thats the only thing I'll spend beef money on. This is going under the "places to eat" tag in goggle maps, along with only four other places here, because I have to try the rest of the menu.

OMG! This place is s solid 5! It's small, tucked away off the beaten path, but this is a MUST do for dinner. They close at 7, so go early! You will not be disappointed. The prices are incredibly reasonable considering the amount and quality of food you get! The meat was cooked to perfection... probably the best steaks we have had in a long time! Brisket and turkey were fall-apart tender! The sides were delish... total comfort food!

Absolutely fantastic place, would give it 6/5 stars if I could. Excellent, delicious food and a lot of it at reasonable prices. Small inside but very comfortable environment. Friendly staff.

Stumbled across this restaurant and I loved. Had a brisket and 2 sides and tater tots. Great price, delicious food. I really loved the atmosphere and how it was decorated. I saw they sell spices and fresh cuts of meat. Next time, I'll pick some to try at home. One issue is the parking. It's a bit tight, and if I hadn't gotten lucky to find someone leaving the parking lot, I would have missed it.

Best BBQ restaurant for miles ! I always get the brisket plate, it's so good I just can't order anything else 😋 I did try the new "steak fries" crispy perfection ! 🎊 You've got to try them. Wait don't forget the desserts, get yourself some pecan cobbler ! Wonderful atmosphere, fabulous people and bestest of food
