I’ve been to this place once before, but for some reason today was an exceptional experience because of a man that works there, Tyler. And I don’t know who it is that he reports to- or how much he gets paid, but it’s not enough! He was nice enough to give us great advice, some jokes and friendly service. The chicken is done well, with a perfect crispy coating that locks in the flavor. You can choose your heat level, which makes it fun whether you’re into a mild kick or a full-on fire challenge. The seasoning is bold and addictive without being overwhelming, and the sliders are packed with crunchy pickles and creamy sauce that balance the heat perfectly. I have never left a review on a restaurant before, but the treatment and the service that I got at this Dave’s hot chicken was amazing they made me feel like family. Clarissa the manager was exceptional and the rest of the staff behind the counter was great as well. Will definitely come back!!!

First time visiting Woburn location and food was fresh hot and just right.I usually don't do reviews but the young man Tyler M. was so friendly helpful and personable I felt I needed to.I wasn't sure what to order and he explained all the heat levels and asked what I was comfortable eating and he advised me perfectly so much so I wrote it down so if he's not there next time I know what to order. He goes out of his way to represent your company in the best way. He's a great employee and deserves a raise I'm sure !
