I had a really great experience from the time I walked in. I was greeted with smiles and friendly customer service. Isabella V Very helpful and polite even after I received my food and was sitting down eating, she came out to check on me and make sure that I was enjoying my food and to see if I need anything else that type of customer service go along the way By the way, the food was great. I will be back.

Had a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming, with plenty of seating available, making it comfortable to dine in. The food delivery was impressively quick, which was a big plus. Overall, a very enjoyable visit and I’d definitely come back again.

Lemme start off by saying I was REALLY excited for this. When I arrived, I saw maybe 3 groups of people waiting. I first noticed that every 5 min they would place a bag in the “DoorDash” shelf. But then I proceeded to wait almost 30 min for my food. No matter how good the food is, 30 min is a long time to stand there awkwardly waiting for your food. And don’t get me wrong, the food was amazing, everything you wish for, but mind you my order was not huge, and I constantly saw Doordash orders leaving the kitchen to the shelf. The Oreo milkshake was divine, the food was absurdly delicious and the seasoning on point, but again, still not worth 30 min standing in a cold environment (Oh yeah, forgot to mention they kept their outdoor dining door opened and the whole restaurant was super cold) so

I went to Dave’s Hot Chicken today for dinner and honestly it was such a good experience. The chicken was super crispy and juicy, and the spice level was just right. The fries were fresh too, and everything came out hot. I also want to shout out MOON — he was really cool and welcoming from the start. He had a good attitude, explained the spice levels, and made sure we were good with everything. You can tell when someone actually cares about doing their job well, and he definitely did. It just made the whole experience better. Definitely coming back again soon. Great food and great service. 👌
