This young woman was so kind helpful please bless her you need more like her..her name was Tonna....she made me very comfortable in a very uncomfortable moment. And not to mention the food was great

Today was my first time trying this place out and the food I got as well as the customer service was excellent. The employees were very friendly, engaging and took the time to explain how I could customize the options from the menu. 10/10 experience!

This was my first time at Dave's, and im not disappointed, i find the food to be much like zaxbys but with more options, the chocolare shake was kinda mid but the chicken was really good and hit the spot, the "hot: spice wasnt over bearing like the heat scale at bird code and I found I had far more options for portions and price. I Will most certainly be returning to try more of the food and to attempt the "reaper" spice level.

Honestly the food is pretty good and quick. They don’t skimp on the chicken! Just a bit pricy for what it is. Most of the workers were extremely nice and welcoming, I was greeted on my way in and the guys gave me some advice with the sauces. However, the girl at the cashier, I think her name is Aryn on the receipt, was nothing like anyone else there. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but she had no emotions on her face, she mumbled, spoke to me like a robot. I had to ask her to repeat herself a couple times and she still mumbled. Would’ve liked my experience much more if I felt like the worker taking my order actually cared.

We arrived in town late and were in need of a last-minute meal, and the experience could not have been better. The service was impeccable, and Dee—the young lady who helped us—was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It was the perfect introduction and warm welcome to Connecticut. Exceptional service all around.
