Dave's Hot Chicken

My first time trying Dave's. Easily the best chicken I've had yet! I had a slider with fries and a top loaded shake. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. The chicken was very juicy and perfectly spicy, and the seasoned fries were also amazing. My shake was also delicious. Very cool and unique atmosphere with graffiti everywhere and very vibrant colors. Such an amazing place to get some delicious hot chicken!

Me and my family of 6 from Canada went there on a sunday afternoon because one of our sons heard about this restaurant through social media. I cannot express how AMAZING the food was. We had various sandwiches, tenders, some mac and cheese and everybody was delighted with their food. Special shoutout to the absolutely perfect french fries! The girl that took our order was friendly and gave us great service. There is no reason for you not to try that restaurant!

Well not much to say here.... the counter person was friendly. We ordered 2 orders of "Dave's Bites" and a order of cheese fries to dine in. After a bit of a wait our food came out in to go bags despite having ordered for dine in. We had to ask for sauces and utensils. Upon taking our food to our table and unbagging it one of the orders of bites appeared to be blackened, burned or something yet was barely luke warm. Some of the bites were very small. The second order of bites was hot and thus I assume fresh. The cheese fries had just enough cheese to.cover the first layer of fries. In the end I threw out most of my cold food but the Mrs. was able to eat her bites. For $23.00 without drinks I would have expected better. So tonight we are trying Dave's Hot Chicken.... As the name says It's HOT!!! HOWEVER....it isn't nuclear reactor hot. I got the mild and it does have a little heat but you won't be gulping down milk to cool your mouth. The chicken is delicious and the fries are crispy and seasoned. The sauce "Dave's Sauce" I think, is a great balance to the heat. Overall 11 out of 10 Definitely recommend!!!

Went once got the hot chicken and I was blown away. Super small menu with only the important things on it. Sliders and tenders. You can get anything with any spice type from no spice to reaper. After choosing hot I knew I had to go to reaper because I’m a huge spice fan. I had my boyfriend pick me up the reaper when he was out in Glensfalls next; about a week later so I ate it after a good car ride after I got out of work but still. Let me tell you. As soon as my tongue hit the chicken it was filled with so much flavor and not just everything but the kitchen sink to make it spicy flavor but like someone put time and thought into making this super spicy chicken still taste delicious. Ya I’m sweating and tearing up but it tastes so good I can’t stop eating it and it’s still so very crispy I’
