Dave's Hot Chicken

I have to say as far as hot chicken chains go it is hard to complain. Every time I have a complaint of what Dave's is lacking they have a new addition to the menu. Me: Someone should make this into chicken bites. Dave: Boom. Me: If youre going to serve hot chicken and not buffalo or bbq chicken you're just leaving money on the table. Dave: Boom. Me: Why have loaded fries and not put your Mac and Cheese on there? Dave: Boom. Is it as good as Nashville? No. Do I wish places taking it nationwide used traditional spicy oil dunk instead of dousing it with a bunch of powder of varying hest levels? Of course. But were talking fast service variety hot chicken here, and I can dig it. Everything is of a B level of quality to me on that scale and its nice to be able to satisfy the craving at this l

My daughter and I went to Dave's this morning to brave the Reaper! It was extremely hot, so much so it was just a painful experience. The staff was amazing though. The manager on duty gave us a cup of ice cream to cool down after giving it a shot. Before trying the Reaper we had an extra hot tender, a hot slider and some cheese fries. Everything was fantastic! I'm glad we waited till the end to try the Reaper though. We will definitely be back, but probably won't be having another Reaper anytime soon. LOL Thanks Dave's!

Let me start by saying I’m a HUGE fan of Dave’s Hot Chicken—I’ve been to the Vegas locations many times and always had a great experience. This was my first time visiting a Phoenix location, and I could definitely tell a difference. The customer service was just okay. The cashier wasn’t rude, but also didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly. The restaurant was very clean! As always, the chicken itself was delicious. I order the Hot level, and the flavor never disappoints. The chicken portion was generous, but the fries seemed smaller than what I’ve received at other locations. The chicken slider also felt a bit rushed, with barely any coleslaw and not put together as neatly as I’m used to. Overall, I still love Dave’s and will keep coming back for the flavor. The piece of chicken I received on my single slider was over-done, and barely edible. I found just enough chicken in the middle to take a few bites. Had this not been large to go order for 8 people where they had already forgotten all of the Mac n cheeses , I would have attempted to get a potentially better piece of chicken, but wasn’t going to go back a second time. Definitely will not be coming back and will be having chicken sandwich from other places. The Mac n cheese got rave reviews; so that saved the day for my partner who also had to cut apart her chicken strip to find some Edible chicken. The female manager was very pleasant when I got the 2 Macs that were missing,

It is the first time we come to this place on the recommendation of friends (since it is a restaurant labeled as halal food). We had very high expectations and we were not disappointed even though it may seem like other fried chicken places, you can perceive the innovation ... The food was good, the service was very friendly and fast and the place looks amazing....We will definitely be back!(:
