Dave's Hot Chicken

The food was incredible here, I got the mac and cheese meal with chicken, potatoe fries and cheese, it was quite fulfilling. This particular combination is quite surprisingly good. It did take some time to get the food be it was kind of busy. The seating and general dining area felt kind if wierd, it was cold and hot at the same time. The seating arrangement interesting, it felt kind of claustrophobic or too tight in some areas. Would definitely go here again but would take it to go not dine in the restaurant. The range in different sauces is good with plenty to choose from.

I placed a pick up order on the Dave’s Hot Chicken app and my mom was able to pick up the order pretty fast. There was a line out the door, but that’s to be expected because the place is brand new. The food was delicious. I have no complaints the fruity pebbles milkshake is also really good. The top loaded fries are delicious and the number four is also delicious.

Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour to get my chicken. Fortunately, it was definitely worth the wait! I didn’t mind the wait since they have a great patio that had covering with umbrellas. Once I did get my food. I was pleasantly surprised I went with the mild chicken however, I think next time I need to add a little bit of spice the fresh fries were excellent and crispy. I talked to a lot of people that were there and they say the best place to order is online so the weight is less. But if you have the time, I would definitely recommend stopping by talk to people and enjoy the beautiful patio.

Chicken and french fries! Maybe a milkshake or a soda. The menu has meal numbers so you can chose what suits your needs, but they are all around $15. I walked right up and ordered, but there were 15 orders in front of me! People were hanging on the patio enjoying themselves. The sliders have a full tender plus some coleslaw and a pickle. Honey is handed out with extra Dave's sauce. Will be interesting to see if the hype keeps drawing in fresh customers. Chick-fil-A has it figured out with their drive through format.

Dave’s Hot Chicken does not mess around. The chicken is insanely crispy, the spice levels range from “this is nice” to “I’ve made a mistake,” and the sliders are dangerously addictive. Fast, hot, and worth the sweat.
