Daugherty Public Library

My desktop computer went down and I had to type out my prayer requests for my church at the library. The ladies have been very helpful for me. I've never used a flash drive to save my information on and thank goodness they were kind enough to help me. I don't know what I would had done without them. Thank you ladies. 5 stars of excellence.

Dupo mainstay; great resource for a small town.

When I came into this library it was cringe, weird as heck! The receptionist was on her cellphone having a conversation with someone she knew, they were not welcoming at all. Didn’t greet me. Instead they ignored me while standing at the counter & talked amongst one another. I came in to get printed copies. Come to find out they do not accept Debit/Credit Card. Cash only! They said they couldn’t afford the costs. The lady started rolling her eyes being weird once I told her I didn’t have cash. So basically the copies were wasted. They do not like teen/kids here. They are very welcoming towards the elderly. Mainly because only elderly people works there. I will not return to this library every again. Fairmont City Library is AMAZING!

Great library, people who work there are always super helpful. On the small side but it's a small town.
