Darby’s Wings – Totally Hit the Spot! I was seriously craving wings, and since we live in Harrison—right next to Newark—my husband suggested we check out Darby’s Wings. Great call. Our order was ready in about 12 minutes, and the wings came out perfectly crispy and incredibly juicy. The sticky wing sauce? Absolutely mouthwatering. One of the staff members (or maybe the owner?) was also super sweet and gave us two different flavors of C&C soda to try. We’ll definitely be back the next time a wing craving strikes!

I don’t typically write Google reviews, but this restaurant is too good not to share. I drove all the way from Queens to try their sticky wings, and it was 100% worth the drive. I also tried their pastrami sandwich with homemade coleslaw, which was just as amazing as the wings. Definitely try the Darby sauce; it is to die for. The owners are really lovely, and you can tell they have a passion for cooking. This restaurant is a hidden gem!

At the hotel put in Google "Best Wings nearest me" Darby wings showed up. Me and my coworker walked, almost 40 minutes not knowing how far it was. Got there, only to be told that they don't cook on Monday's. Very nice gentleman came from the back and he was like "nah,I got to cook for you guys". Long story short we got the sticky wings it was excellent and they gave us a ride back to the hotel and yes I will eat from there again.

I was fortunate enough to catch the establishment just before closing and was blessed with a serving of Salisbury Steak and Brown Rice with gravy. He asked for a unofficial rating on a scale between 1-10 centered on quality. Let me just say I was forced to give the meal and customer service at least an "11"!!!! Absolutely amazing and pricing was extremely reasonable. Keep up the good work!!!!

So far I’ve had their oxtail and chicken wings, both delicious. They have oxtail Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday. I’m so happy to finally know of a place that gets it right. Aside from the food being delicious, the customer service is also outstanding. A small take out place where you feel like family. So happy to see good a small business prioritize quality. I will def be back to try other dishes.
