Dao Artisan Noodle

Arrived here at 10:15 p.m. after swimming with my young adult at the 24 Hour fitness nearby. We were hoping to find an open pho shop but instead got super lucky and discovered Dao's tonight. Yum! To the braised beef soup. Yum! To the pork soup. Yum! To the lychee shrimp balls. And double YUM! to the purple dumplings with shrimp and truffles. Oh man! We packed up 50% of each of our soups and half of the dumplings before we started eating to make sure to share the flavors with Dad at home tomorrow. The young man working tonight provided stellar service, like scissors when he saw me moving the crazy long, fresh DELICIOUS noodles into the plastic soup container... just great. We WILL be back. There's yummy things on the menu I can't wait to try. If you like trying NEW things, come here.

Good food, busy on Saturday 12pm, seats about 40 people. Garlic pea sprout was very well seasoned. House special beef rib noodle soup had a tasty clean tasting broth. Meat off the rib was tasty as well Crab meat xlb was tasty and you definitely tell there was crab meat inside, which is a plus. However, temperature of the xlb was warm at best. Dan Dan mien was not my favorite. It tasted mild, or not well seasoned. Still, we finished it so that says something. I would come back as the food I tried was pretty good and also affordable! I would also like to try the rest of their menu. They have quite an extensive menu with many noodle and dumpling options. Also, you can choose the type of noodle you want for all noodle dishes (thin, wide, hand cut, etc..) I think they can improve on organizat

Very nice clean place we got our food super quick and loved it. I’m not usually a noodle person but I really enjoyed these not too soggy just right. Really liked the spicy and sour although it would be nice if they had different spice levels but nonetheless delicious. My wife’s favorite part was the shrimp and black truffle dumplings and cant wait to go back. It was also our first time trying the cucumber salad and will continue to order it thanks to this spot. We topped it off with their Dubai chocolate dumplings and wish we got some to go definitely recommend this place 10/10

Cute place. You can sit at the bar and watch them make dumplings and noodles. That's have the big beef rib which is so popular nowadays. Noodles are great. We looked the XLBs too. The cucumber salad was very good. It's pretty unique because it has a nutty taste. Either peanut or sesame paste? It was almost full at lunchtime on a weekday.

Good quality noodles and fast service. It was disappointing that the grilled okra came out cold. The dry noodle dish had good flavor, but the meat was tough and needed a shear to cut it into small pieces. Highly recommend this place and will come back to try other items.
