Dante's Italiano

I ordered the Penne Baci for lunch at Dante’s Italiano and it was SO good perfectly cooked pasta and amazing flavor in every bite. You can really tell the care that goes into the food. Executive Chef Shawn and the servers were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I already know this is going to be my new regular lunch spot! 🍝✨

It’s obvious it’s been sold. We’ve given it a few tries recently and sadly, we were very disappointed…then found out it was sold. but we used to love Dantes and hope it improves. New owners/management: you may want to revisit some decisions if you want to keep the steady clients like us, who have been going to Dante’s for many years! Changes you’ve made don’t work for us. Grandmas pizza used to be very thin and tasty. Staff used to know the menu, were friendly, checked on their tables soon after serving, refilled drinks without being called, offered cheese and condiments for the food before walking away, etc. etc. during our last visit, there were more employees than customers, only a few tables, so no excuse. I am reviewing since the new ownership and management. I’m not sure when the change took place but I haven’t been here in years. When they opened for lunch, I gave them another shot. I am so glad I did! I’ve been back 5 times since, including once for dinner. The bread rolls!!! Amazing. Sausage and pepper sandwich is the best I’ve had. Meatball sandwich is excellent. Pizza is very good. Both side salads are excellent, especially the Caesar. Everyone here is very nice!

Ordered the Valentine’s Day special; short ribs, over polenta and broccoli. Fantastic! I hope this entree gets a regular rotation. Excellent flavor, nice portion size. Rolls are fantastic too. Put us on the list next time you plan to feature the short ribs. Servers and bartender were excellent as well.

Excellent food in a strip mall location. Went here with some friends based on the online reviews. Lasagna was very good as were our other pasta dishes. We ordered a pizza also as an appetizer which was also tasty and light. One of the better pizzas around. We split desserts which was rich and full of flavor. We had more than we could eat so our server Victoria took our plates away and returned with our boxed up leftovers. Very classy.
