D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches

Ordered food online, walked into the restaurant with 4 people working and no line, nobody acknowledged me at all. I waited over 10 minutes then left. Horrible service, no idea how food was since I didnt get my order.

Ordered delivery from this location for the first time tonight. It was awful. Took over 40min. Order placed at 7:20. Didn’t come til 8:10. That was after calling since closing at 8. Was told waiting on driver and if not back in few min order was gonna be refunded. Was out of drinks we ordered and sent something else. Food arrived cold and was just left outside the door. To charge a $5 delivery fee and add tip service should have been much better. Will not order from here again.

staff was very friendly and new exactly how to please a customer. I was so undecided when I got there and they suggested a wonderful rice bowl for me. Will definitely be back.

Excellent food and good service, unfortunately they forgot to give me a large chips with my order that I paid for and when asked if I wanted a receipt I just said no thanks. I drove home and really too late to go back. Every order they should double check to make sure everything is in the bag they hand to the customer.

Called because I ordered a salad through their website. You could see from the bottom of the containers that the lettuce was starting to brown and look soggy. Looks like when you leave a salad bag out for too long. Was told that this is how their bags have been coming in lately but that he checked the date on the bag and he can “assure” me it’s safe to eat. No offer to even swap it out for a new one. Soggy, browning should not be “normal” for any salad. Threw it right out.
