I ordered 4 sandwiches and got 3 1/2 sandwiches. Three were on rolls and one was in a pocket. The pocket was supposed to be a medium and looked like an extra small and it was my sandwich!! I felt like I got ripped off. I will never go to a D’Angelo’s again. It’s not worth the money.
The manager Brendin had amazing service and such a positive attitude and made sure I got my pizza so quick , I’ll definitely be coming back . AMAZING SERVICE!! Thank you
Above average wait time for one regular sandwich, a salad and a drink that cost me $27. I don't get anything on my sandwich because I like to dip it in sauce. After I had to be 20 minutes I asked for a buffalo sauce. And she actually had the gall to tell me that it cost $1.50 for what I'm sure cost them $0.20 in overhead. Terrible business, I will not be back. Food was ok, it saves a star. And I don't blame the employee for enforcing the manager or owners Silly policy. Get it together. Greedy .
I left a positive review about the kid who took my order yesterday because he gave amazing service. I decided to come back in today and there was a different guy up front. He said his name was Donald. The way he spoke to me was very rude and condescending. Ruined the experience. You should have people who have good service and know how to talk to people take the orders, and leave the rude ones in the back. Won’t come to this location again.
I am not around this area often but I must say... everytime I've come in this place the place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Papa Ginos makes the best chain pizza around in my opinion and everytime I am on my travels in this area I stop in for a slice. When their pizza is hot from the oven it is always an amazing treat. My visit today I got a garden salad with Buffalo Chicken and the gentleman (who was clearly new) made us two of the most epic salads. Everything was fresh and the chicken we got with it was cooked to perfection. The new guy was clearly a chef and took time to make sure everyrhing was perfect. I would come here so often if it wasn't so far away from my hime. My Papa Ginos near my house is good... but this... this was great. Thank you
