D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches

The short girl with brownish hair is my favorite she is nice and has great customer service. She knows what she has to do in and out and I appreciate that from a worker! Keep up the awesome work thank you!

The steak sandwich is ok. But compared to most places that offer one its very good. Service is always good although the interior of these places always just looks dirty even if it's spotless.

I just had to give a shout-out to D’Angelo’s because the service and food were so on point. Every time I go, the staff is super friendly and patient, and they actually make your food with care, not just rushed and thrown together. Especially when Kayla is working! She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and makes sure everything is done right!!

Placed an online order and checked in at the counter. The girl working said it wasn’t ready yet and that she’d call my name when it was. Sat and waited as she called other names. AN HOUR went by and my name still wasn’t called. I go back up to the counter to check and my order was sitting there. I ask the same girl how long it’s been ready for and she says “a while”. I ask why she didn’t call my name when she said she would and she just stared at me blankly and didn’t say anything. No sorry, no accommodations, no accountability. Good service is hard to come by and you certainly can’t find it at Dangelos.

My wife phoned in our order and then went to pick it up. She felt ignored in the waiting area. One person eventually tried to help her and she was able to complete the purchase. She did not leave a tip which is unusual for both of us. We will often tip something even given bad service. Anyway she brought our food home. Her sandwich was okay, but I was quite disappointed in the lobster roll. The bread was badly burnt. Someone really should have noticed before wrapping it to go. The sandwich was $26.99 which is a lot of money to treat the end product haphazardly. We did have a coupon, so that my wife's sandwich was free with the purchase of a more expensive sandwich.
