Their subs are so delicious, always made fresh, and I've not had a problem with the quality of ingredients. However, every time I order delivery through their website, the delivery driver always ignores my delivery instructions and delivers to the wrong place. And there's nowhere on the tracking link they provide to rate or leave feedback, so I felt I needed to leave it here. Food is amazing, delivery people could stand to read delivery instructions!
I am writing this because I feel as though this should be brought to someone's attention. My best friend and I were super hungry last night coming back from Boston. I suggested to him that we stop at this specific D'Angelo location because I've heard they have great customer service. Him and I both walked in and were to told to sit down. The Haitian manager on duty told us to wait and "ill get to you when i get to you.". We weren't being rude or pushy about it and were very taken back by the fact someone in customer service could be this way to a customer. I understand everyone has bad days, but this seemed like a type of hatred one could only possess for a job they dislike heavily. After the manager had spoken to us that way we weren't hungry after that so we left. Extremely unprofessiona
I first posted that the Thanksgiving sub was great. I am now leaving a review on The New England clam chowder I don't know if this spot made it but it was way too salty N. E. Clam chowder is not supposed to be salty. Even worse was the Broccoli Cheddar soup it was terrible not only was it ALSO TOO SALTY but it tasted terrible I couldn't even finish it. I spent $30 On a large Chicken teriyaki sandwich which wasn't that great either but also the the 2 bowls of chowder and broccoli cheese . If the staff there is responsible for making these items they're doing something wrong. I only brought my girlfriend there because I enjoyed the Thanksgiving sub. We were both very disappointed ☹️
My husband and I went here last Friday and very much enjoyed our sandwiches! The shift lead Christopher was super polite and provided great customer service. We had very particular requests for our sandwich orders and they were able to meet our expectations. 5 Star Hospitality!
I always have a great experience here with good food and it always comes out quick and done right. Chris and the team always does a great job!
