Customer Reviews
I recently rode my bicycle across the state of Ohio. This place was right off my route. It was a hot sunny day and I got a milkshake to go. The price was reasonable and the milkshake was extra delicious! Everyone was super friendly and the service was fast! I appreciate everything!
I seriously love this place. Been frequenting since I was in high school. Currently in my late 20s. But still besides the fact this place is still here and doing great. I love the nostalgia I get when I come to this place. My family frequents here too and they love the ice cream and options they have for food. I brought my brother here for onion rings, ice cream milkshake and the blizzards they offered. They make everything from scratch so it takes time to create and make the ice cream, food etc. They let everyone know that they aren’t fast food. So everyone understands. The food prices are not bad. This time when I went I found out they took cards now. In all my previous experiences they only took cash. So this was a huge plus.
We made two trips there. Always first stop as we get close to our destination. And last stop out of town. We wanted a light dinner so we had their BLT's. Oh my gosh they were the best ever. A lot of bacon and we like it crisp, it was done perfectly! They were so good we had them for breakfast on our way home.
I really wanted to love this place, as a great friend raves about it. Unfortunately I just was not impressed. Pro's - - friendly staff - lots of line options - outside seating - lots of menu choices to satisfy everyone in the family Cons - - only 2 cheese choices (American and Swiss) - the Coney sauce tasted a lot like manwich - I had the grilled ham n cheese and the cheese was extremely thin slices and the ham was ok sliced, but for the price of the sandwich I would definitely have expected thicker slices of both (see photo) - the mozzarella sticks were a great size portion with plenty of cheese at a very reasonable price...however, whatever oil they fried it gave it a not so great taste and took away from it. I'm not sure if some fish was fried in it or it was old, but it just had an od
Nice and comfortable place to relax with the family. Great service, and food comes out faster than you'd expect.
