Dairy Queen (Treats and Cakes)

This is just unacceptable on any standard. No person paying a premium price for a premium product should be served this the second it is handed to them. It was given to me completely melted and I had to request multiple napkins and a lid to put it in because it was falling all over my hands and clothing. This location is notorious for excuses and bad service. It is well worth your time to go out of your way to any other location because if you don’t you will be extremely dissatisfied.

ordered a strawberry blizzard. got a vanilla blizzard with chocolate chips topped with half an inch of strawberry ice cream, just enough to hide how poorly it was made. several other incorrect blizzards in my family’s order. very disappointing :(

Had an Ice Cream Cake made for my daughter's 5th birthday party. I only paid $30 Dollars for the large size! It was a chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake with a sprinkled crunchy chocolate Cookie, between the layers! Super Yummy. We paid in advance and picked up on the day of! It was the perfect cake for my daughter's party!

We stopped by for after dinner ice cream. There was only one employee working at the time. He was diligently working, making two blizzards and one shake in a matter of minutes. He was polite and the dessert was enjoyable. We even bought an ice cream cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday this weekend. We'll be back for more!
