Dairy Queen (Treat)

On Sunday March 1st around 2ish-3ish my Bf wanted a Oreo blizzard, the young girl that made it had a attitude problem, when she made the Oreo blizzard , the Oreos wasn’t even mixed in with the ice cream.. so then we asked the same girl if she could mix it some more.. she scoped more Oreos on the ice cream then told him “ you can do it yourself” really what kind of customer service it’s that. I know customer service can be hard I’m in customer service but to be like that. Every time we go there the workers are so nice but this worker blew me away.her Attitude was horrible.

I think I’d really love about this place is how quickly they make your treat and they make it correctly. Always a smile and a thank you. And yes, if you’re gonna make me a blizzard, I expect you to hand it to me upside down. There’s seating everywhere so that’s a plus.

My First review: This evening my husband went to windward mall store to order a large strawberry milkshake as we do when we go to the mall. and as always we get a kiddie cup on the side and a flat lid. I will take off the excess and put in the cup for myself, since i don’t eat much at all, i will eat it like ice cream and my husband will cover the large cup to drink the it like a milkshake after i remove the excess for myself. Today when i asked for a lid, the girl put a dome lid, i told her i wanted a flid, she then took off the excess put into the dome lid and said she was going to save the excess for herself; i then tol

Ice cream we enjoyed. There was a variety in choses which was surprising. Problem here their workers were slow. Woth three workers and 4 people.in front of me it took nearly 15 min before I could put in my order. Workers didnt seem enthusiastic at all.

Frequent visits, but unfortunately, consistent issues. Ordering a simple cherry chocolate chunk blizzard with added cheesecake, the first experience was amazing, but subsequent visits disappointed. The second time had sparse cheesecake, and the recent Uber Eats delivery was a letdown—incorrect flavor, excessive chocolate chunks, and no cheesecake. Despite reaching out to head management, the blame shifted to the delivery service. Spending $20 on a poorly made blizzard has left a bad taste, and I had hoped for a sweeter experience.
