Dairy Queen (Treat)

The lady serving us seemed very annoyed and fed up the second we had arrived. When ordering I had asked for a "chocolate cone dipped in chocolate," I ended up being given vanilla. When asking if I could have the right one in the kindest way I could the lady rudely just deadpanned "no you didn't." I did order chocolate, and even if I hadn't and wanted a change the attitude was absolutely unacceptable. I was then served the skimpiest saddest cone as a replacement. Overall terrible service and staff need to improve their attitudes.

Always love the strawberry sundaes. Blizzards are good most of the time. Last year we had one that couldn't be turned upside down. This time it turned upside down but for one that is supposed to have strawberry in it, it barely had any. It had the chocolate. But this normally it's really pink from the strawberry in it. This case it was hardly any pink. So most of the time it's great

I will never come to this place again. They made a watery shake and when I complained they said it was because the hot fudge, so I finished the shake and they were staring at me like I was crazy, then security comes up to me and asks if I have a problem, I know that was you, “ Anthony “.

I work in the mall and normally this place isn’t too bad, but today paid for extra toppings (same order I always get) and didn’t even get the regular amount of toppings. When I asked if she could put a couple extra scoops of Reece’s she told me no. Yes this seems trivial but when I decided to spend $6 on ice cream I figured it would actually have toppings instead of being mostly vanilla ice cream.

My sister & I along with another customer waited 10 minutes to be served. When the employee finally came to the front after trying to get her attention and yelling to the back & knocking on the door she looked very agitated, & on her phone. No greet, sorry nothing! I know she heard us. Appetite spoiled don’t want the blizzard any longer & will take my business to elmore.
