Dairy Queen (Treat)

I went here recently because I was excited for the new Superman promotion they were doing but they guy who served us was very rude. He acted like he just wanted us to leave and had a big frown on his face the whole time. I asked for a lid to put over it since I was driving and he let out a big sigh before doing so. Very unprofessional. I hope that young man shapes up their act.

I ordered a Reese's Pieces cookie dough Blizzard (with hot fudge) on 8/3. It is supposed to contain Reese's Pieces, chocolate chip cookie dough, and peanut butter topping (and my added fudge). I received a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and cookie dough Blizzard (with fudge). The lady who assisted in the "correction" was a bit rude. In front of me, she asked the young man who made it if they did so incorrectly. The young man insisted they did it correctly. But, obviously, Reese's peanut butter cups and Reese's pieces look very different. Instead of just making the Blizzard I ordered, the lady put cookie dough and Reese's Pieces in a mini cup for me to add to the Blizzard I already had. Which, anyone with eyes can see, had an ingredient I didn't order (Reese's peanut butter cup). Plus I can't ta

We have experienced extra long length of time for our order to be completed several times. I spoke with an accomplished young woman who patiently and respectfully explained to me they are doing their best and using professional standards, she believed they are doing GREAT!!! Perception is reality. We just agreed to disagree.

Good experience. Friendly staff. One less star is due to their high prices. Other than that, great! 2024 update: I am changing my review due to my recent experience here. The staff was not very friendly this time and acted like they just wanted us to leave. They tried to change the terms of the DQ coupons, saying it was one coupon per visit instead of "per customer," as the coupon states. They did honor the coupon, but it was not a friendly experience at all.

I come through drivethru, and I see people poking their heads out glaring at me, and not just that when I ask for my receipt, they never give it to me. There was a few occasions where I asked and they said they'd hand it to me but never did and when I went to clarify to get my receipt they just smile and say, "Have a nice day." Closing the window in my face, or they say, 'Our printing paper isn't working." Not to mention, when I ask for extra, they dont give me extra. I literally have to ask for extra extra of the certain item I want, just to get extra.
