Dairy Queen (Treat)

I have learned at this DQ site to double check that my order is filled correctly. This evening a family member bought sundaes at drive through. I neglected to tell them double check. Customers should not have to be the quality control person for a store. Our last several sundaes have been wrong, missing an ordered topping or wrong size. Fixing orders not well received. Management please do better.

Its pretty sad when you pay so much for a large royal reeses blizzard, then you get home and basically have a cup of vanilla soft serve. This place by far does not put the correct amount of candy in their blizzards! Wasn't the first time, but you can bet it's the last!

Just bought a Cherry Misty Float and it was inedible. The cherry mix was so sour and didn't have any sugar in it. Called to tell them and a woman answered the phone and said their Misty machine was down so they were having to mix everything by hand. She said sorry but did not offer to replace the drink or refund the purchase price. If your machine is not working then don't offer the product until it can be made correctly and your machine is fixed. What a waste of money! Terrible customer service!! Take better care of your customers.

I bought two large blizzards. One was m&m that had literally 10 m&m's in a LARGE blizzard, and no they weren't all at the bottom.

We visit this Dairy Queen regularly and order Blizzards and Buster bars. The last few packs of buster bars were noticeably smaller but this last time they were ridiculously small. You could eat the whole thing in three bites. What an insult to your customers. Like we are so stupid we wouldn’t notice. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY. ADDED PICTURES. Even the picture on the box is bigger. 🤔. Per Dairy queen website and the box it’s supposed to weigh 148g. Upon weighing it was 3.6oz which equals 102g. So not inaccurate AT ALL!
