Dairy Queen Store

Ordered a cheeseburger with no mustard, no tomato (allergy), and no pickles. The first burger came out with tomato. They remade it, but the replacement had pickles. I sent it back and ended up leaving with a burger that had pickles and no cheese. Extremely disappointed that employees can’t follow very simple instructions—especially when an allergy is involved. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here. Previously ordered six steak finger baskets for dinner and got home to find no gravy—which is the best part. It’s frustrating paying for food and not getting what you ordered. Probably won’t be back. Staff needs better training.

I'm not sure what is going on in this town that this place is rated less than 4 stars. I'd never eaten at a DQ so I didnt know what to order, but the guy behind the counter was extremely patient and accommodating! Also...I'm the most critical person I know when it comes to food; my burger, fries, and chicken strips were EXCELLENT! I would never believe that it came from a chain. And this was all at 830PM on a Friday.

This is a Texas thing DQ has been around since I was a child. This store is very clean and has great service. For the price, wonderful treats. The ladies are always really nice who work here. That is hard to find in fast food establishments. Go have a treat today enjoy the Texas Stop Sign.

I went in today with my family and my daughters were discriminated on the way they look and dress because one of the employees told my daughters " we're is y'alls clothes" while my daughters were refilling there drinks and when my daughter let me and my husband know and we went to complain they say there and lied knowing we heard them talking about my daughter's in between them and it's crazy how they think just because we're Mexicans we don't understand English and that means they can discriminate us which seems so stupid to me. I'm just putting it out there to let y'all know how there service is
