Dairy Queen

I placed a delivery order for a 4 piece chicken strip basket with extra toast and extra gravy. I also ordered onion rings and a small blizzard. My chicken strip basket came with everything except the chicken strips, the main item. I had the order delivered because I couldn't get it myself. I tried calling Dairy Queen for over an hour, but the line was always busy. So I paid for food I didn't receive and couldn't get customer service for assistance.

I'm never in Richmond but I stopped here for a quick lunch while out doing errands. This Dairy Queen was like walking into a time warp. The 90's aesthetic is in tact from a more colorful time. The dining room is impeccably clean. Like how, because the decor is 30 years old. The service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and well made. The blizzards were like the ones in the commercial. Like, whipped cream for days on the pumpkin pie one. The ketchup packets on my tray were literally in a neat row. The fries were beautifully packed in the little box. I cannot express how pleasant this experience was. There were funny stupid videos playing with no volume on a large tv while Sunny 99.1 was playing in the background. Everyone at this establishment is killing it. The person/people cookin

I was completely shocked 😲 . It was good service, good food and all at a great price! We tried the burger, chicken strips, and the nachos. Everyone knows ice cream is good, but the food was also. Every person working at this location was so nice you would think they owned the place!

The two ladies in the drive thru were trying to help me use my rewards points for my order but we couldn’t get it to work but they still honored them for me and granted me my order. That’s real customer service. I hope they see this and corporate and reward them for it

Have been waiting for just ice cream for 40 minutes. And customers are wait on there food .and to top it off they gave us other peoples food. When we just got ice cream .😡😡😡😡😡😡
