Dairy Queen

I had a hanker'n for a blizzard so I slid into a spot at this DQ. Very friendly and quick service. The place was very clean. I know quite a bit around DQ overall. I ordered a large peanut butter cup blizzard that hit the spot for me. There does need to be some practice at getting the candy mixed thoroughly. I know this can be a challenge at times and it didn't hinder me one bit at enjoying that blizzard. It's always great to see them turn that blizzard upside down when bringing it out. Which the server did with confidence and a smile.

Very good chocolate milk shake. Clean restrooms and excellent service. Plenty of free paved parking.

I'm pretty sure a DQ ice cream should not look like in the pictures. I know DQ takes pride in their swirl at the top of the come. One of the employees, skinny lady, was not loud and clear and could barely hear her. It appeared she just wanted to get my order and leave her alone. It made me feel uncomfortable and go somewhere else to eat. Overall, I enjoyed the food, besides the cone.

We stopped here while we were traveling. This was the most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever seen. We went through the drive thru then they told us to pull up front to wait. I decided to go in and use the restroom. BIG MISTAKE! It was so gross in the store!! Junk piled on the floor in front of the counter. The restroom smelled worse than a porta potty and was so filthy. There was a sign from management on the wall that said not to put TOILET PAPER in the toilet! Really? How unsanitary!! After seeing how gross the inside was I told my husband when the food comes out to just throw it in the trash that we will cut our losses I wouldn’t be able to eat that!

The employees that my husband and I have encountered are so kind. Truly every single time has been a great customer experience. Kind, well mannered and courteous. I don't know if this is in the training or if they just employ genuine people but never a bad experience.
