Dairy Queen

Best Dairy Queen we have ever ate. Reminds me of the older Dairy Queens I grew up with instead of the newer ones that looks like a modern fast food joint. Food was hot n fresh old school Dairy Queen way. Service was excelent.

The staff at the Mineola Dairy Queen are very fast, efficient and very friendly. Restaurant is very clean. My food came out in a timely manner and just the way I ordered. Taylor was very sweet when delivering my food. I will always come back to the DQ.

I'm not sure what is going on at the Mineola DQ. This place used to be one of the best places to eat, but not anymore. I attempted to make an order at 9pm on a Friday night. I had to call 4x before someone would even answer the phone. I assumed it was busy, but pulled up about 5 minutes later and it was empty. One car was in the drive thru and that was it. On top of it not being busy, my order was wrong. I ordered 2 burger combos and neither one was right and the fries were cold. I'm done wasting my hard earned money on horrible food and service!!

The new policy of only allowing 14 and under to purchase a kids meal. Is ridiculous and another way for yall to make customers mad. The business practices that yall choose to follow are puzzling at best. I’m not sure how much longer this community will have loyalty to this restaurant.

I finally came back to this one bc the other one in quitman was closed and I would had not made it in time for the one in lindale I order 2 heath confection they hardly had no ice cream in them like the ones we got from lindale we're way better i am very disappointed and he was trying to lie and say they give bigger cups then lindale which is not true they he was kinda rude about it and told me to go to the front and wait when they're was no cars there now I'm done with them for good.
