Dairy Queen

I’ve only been here once so I can’t really give an accurate description of how it normally is but the milkshake that I bought was awful and the staff member that helped me was complaining about the other staff members standing around not helping her. So with that being said, I cannot recommend this place. 👎🏻

I ordered banana split . It came in with only half banana. Menu picture shows whole banana. When i asked they told me to pay extra for more banana. And they said they always serve half banana. Ice cream quantity was less . As you can see in picture. I have never seen this at any other dairy queen. Why posting wrong pictures . You should fix the picture on menu.

I'm white I was served by two black girls. I'm sorry I'm white, but you did not have to ruin my banana split. I watched you make it. And it was disgusting. I threw the bananas away, I actually had you throw them away. And the chair is at the bottom of the banana split. Is this how you treat white people? And yes I'm using the racial because that's how I feel, disgusting service. I would have black people working in my store with no hesitation. You two are the problem.

We went there late (did not realize we were that close to closing) but they were friendly and helpful despite our late arrival. They deserve a shout out for being kind and professional so near closing.

Horrible experience. Kendra and Isabella should never interact with the public. The lack of customer service skills was ridiculous. I drove 30 mins and waited in line at least another 30, and didn't even have the decency to serve fresh food (which a sign is posted saying all food made to order). I will not be back. Galion is the same distance and the customer service is always pleasant and food is always hot and fresh
