Dairy Queen

Ordered medium chocolate shake. Paid over $5. Super small. And a tinge over vanilla color. I asked why it was so light and not chocolate and she just walked off. This whole town is a rip off. Do better Dairy Queen.

Droves 25 mi rd trp for supper. Ordered chkn&dmplns. First, they gave me tacos. Then they gave me a bowl and toast. I drove home, took lid off the bowl and it was less than half full. A few spoons full. And now everybody's closed.

My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite. He was excited because it was my first time eating DQ, but to be honest it wasn't the best. I got the spicy chicken strips basket which were good. The gravy that comes with it didn't have flavor and my fries were kind of warm. He got the jalitos ranch hunger-buster combo and to say he was disappointed is an understatement. I tried his burger and it had no flavor, and his fries were colder than mine. He only ate half the burger it was so bad. The soda/ice machine had no ice and there were sauce cups, but no ketchup dispenser. The girl brought us a few packets, but the dispenser wasn't out till after we finished eating. All in all we might try another DQ but we won't be coming to this one anymore. It's hard to get good customer service when kid

I was treated extremely poorly from the moment I walked in. The employees openly stared at me and deliberately ignored me. They refused to take my order and left me standing there while they slowly walked back and forth doing nothing but looking at me. I waited over 25 minutes, and I was the only customer in the place. The manager completely failed to intervene and did absolutely nothing. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will never return or order from this place again.

If you order food at 9am expect it ready at 9am…of the year 2099. Okay I confused????? This is my experience. If I order ahead on the app and it gives me a pickup/ready time and then I arrive to them saying I haven’t made it yet with only 2 people dinning in and already eating and no line for the drive through, than what on EARTH were you doing this whole time. 😑 And then to top it off, “the cherry on top” you make my order wrong and forget to give me my Fries. 😭 What a joke. 🤡 Definitely coming back tmr. 💀
